Exchange and Return Policy

All shipments are shipped after ensuring their complete safety before shipping.

If the shipment is received and there is damage, it will be documented and sent to the shipping company.

Products will only be returned or replaced if they do not match the images shown on the website.

In case of cancellation of the order or return of the product, the following will be deducted:

Shipping value and deduction of payment fees (Mada fees 1%, for example, if you buy for 1000 riyals, 10 riyals will be deducted) (Apple Pay and Visa 2.20%, for example, if you buy for 1000 riyals, 22 riyals will be deducted)

If you purchase through Tabby, a 7% fee will be deducted from the total purchase value in the event of a return request.

In case of return, shipping fees and return shipment fees will be deducted.

If the order is placed and not shipped, neither the shipping nor payment fees will be deducted.

Inner mattresses cannot be exchanged or returned after use. If they have not been used, they must be in the same condition as they were received, including the bags and cartons. In the event of a return request, the contents of the shipment, including its bags and cartons, will be checked. If it is found that they have been used, they will be returned to the customer, and the customer will bear the shipping costs again.

The previous clause also applies to all products during exchange or return after they are delivered to the customer and must be in their original condition. Used products cannot be exchanged or returned at all.

Shipments ordered from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (rims, tires, shock absorbers, springs, etc.) cannot be cancelled or modified once shipped to the recipient. Shipping takes 16 to 25 days from the order date.

In the event that a return is requested under any circumstances, the shipping cost will be deducted upon return, with the exception of international shipments according to the previous clause, in which the transfer fee and currency difference will be deducted (approximately 46 to 66 riyals).

Shipments are usually shipped between 3 and 30 business days, and delivery depends on local shipping companies.

Product warranty:

The warranty start date is the purchase date on the invoice issued by the store. Please note that the warranty does not cover misuse of the product.

Warranty only for tires, rims and shock absorbers.

Electrical parts must be properly installed by a specialist, and all parts available in the store are compatible with the Geely plugs without the need to cut or sever wires. The warranty does not cover parts with slashed wires.
